Oh, my tongue has gotten whiter in the last week.. LOL
Those are the ickies leaving.. I celebrate that as I brush them all away a couple times a day.
Sometimes people get colors besides white, my tongue turned brown through most of the second half of my first cleanse... it usually means more toxins are leaving fast.
