Wow, thanks. Yes, I'll definitely wait on doing other cleanses. I was just noticing some doing different ones at the same time. 28 days!!! Geez, I just finished day 8 and I am just starting to feel energy, but my tongue is still white. How long was your tongue white? I've never felt too horrible just some weakness from hunger...Thank goodness I quit caffeine a few years ago, but I'm sure 10 days is only tipping the iceberg of toxins. I was only planning 10, but thought maybe I can go 14. I'm just so hungry that I'm having trouble sleeping at night. I figured this must be due to my sensitivity to sugar. Tweet
