Parasites ... flukes? What kind? I'm going crazy

I have been feeling awful ..not sick..just off for overa month now. I went to er with stomach pain after passing something that I've never seen before..I brought it to the e r. They admitted me ..stayed four days bc my white blood count was very high. They seemed very under concerned about parasites bc I didn't leave the country..I was frustrated bc I brought it..they are testing it but haven't heard back from them..can someone help id please? Thank you
