Is this a rope worm, or a roundworm?

I started a parasite cleanse a month ago, just herbal at first. I immediately started seeing lots of flukes, and little 2-inch worms with an arrow shaped head that made me think toxocaris. I also passed what I think was a “rope worm”, whatever it was, it was thick and ropey and smelled as if it had been rotting inside me for years.

Last week I started taking Fenbendazole, and today after a coffee enema, I passed a long, thin worm-like thing. I at first thought it must be an ascaris, but after I tried to clean it off, I wasn’t so sure. Doesn’t look or smell like my rope worm from before. So is this an actual parasite, or is it a rope worm/mucoid plaque, whatever that may be?
