You may find the Iodine workshop on facebook more helpful for your issues. It was originally set up by Lynne Farrow who wrote the Iodine crisis book - I have found their advice a huge benefit personally after suffering with very bad detox from Iodine for many months. they have supported over 10,000 iodine takers over the last few years.
