Worm or rope worm from rectal ozone treatment...?

Any thoughts on what this might be?
I did my first rectal ozone treatment yesterday and a couple hours later I was doubled over in with cramping pain so bad that I had to vomit. after a few hours of cramping I was fine. Today I had a very small bowel movement and this was attached to my anus requiring to be pulled out? So GROSS

I will send it in to PARAWELLNESS for idnentification
