Ozone is a very powerful oxidizer and it is likely that it dislodged mucoid plaque. The images are tough to distinquish between a possible parasite and mucoid plaque. Please give a reference for size.

As a side note, make sure that you use ozone within the limits that the body can handle. Antioxidant status determines that. Not sure if you are aware, but doing an enema before rectal insufflation is usually recommened.
