yes that looks exactly like what me n dog hav.it seems like once white things r gone ur better but then came black thing just like the white then i sae them everywhere in house.then everything settle down again then massive invasion of whites again then they disappeatrd oh n mine were coming from my ears they were there for a yr.now i hardly feel them in my ear just a squiggle now n then but i hav a clear film on outside of ear that makes my ear sore anyone no how to stop this
