Hi. I can tell you that the phenomenon you are experiencing is likely a residual affect from molecular engineering projects.
The condition is better known as morgellons, but there are many differing types.
It looks like yours is from a fungal element. Basically there is a plasmid that infects the DNA of cells, but is also self producing.
It is sensitive to PH changes and electrical current.
I am not sure what the latest treatment option is.
There are some who believe it is a form of nano technology which may have some merit. It may even have other mysterious origins, I don't know.
