I agree. It's always good to point out that health is a lifestyle and can't be found in a bottle. There are a lot of good products out there, though, and just like fax machines and Cell Phone s supplement our communiction, they too can supplement our hectic, stressful lifestyles and make a big difference in our lives.

Juice Plus is only food, not a supplement. It's all organic and "freeze dried" into a powder.....kind of like grinding your flaxseeds or making oils.

Oh, by the way, I eat so healthy, it makes people cringe....lol.
