If you have parasites, no matter what kind, you need to be on some sort of tetracycline antibiotic. They almost universally sterilize adult worms and suppress larval forms. Doxycycline is just one of the dozens of options, and the hyclate form seems to be the strongest. However, it's not a complete treatment on its own. You still need an antihelmintic. Since these are nematodes, you want to go with Ivermectin, Albendazole, and DEC in addition to the doxy. That is your best bet. Tweet
