Re: Liver/Gallbladder pain after 2nd flush

10 years ago I started taking medication for Acne and stopped after many treatments that lasted about 6 months each. My cholesterol levels were very high during the treatments due to the medication which my doctor considered "normal". I developed this pain on my right shoulder/neck shortly after that and never realized it could be related to stones until I came across Dr. Clark's flush. I went to many hospitals, specialists and did many exams. The closest I got from a clue of what's happening to me was during an ultrasound when the doctor asked me if I had eaten anything that day because my gallbladder was a little swollen. Since I had had breakfast that morning he figured that was probably the reason for it to be bigger than usual. I then started to research more about the pain and symptoms that I was having and decided to do the flush 5 weeks ago. I was able to count close to 300 small stones that were light green. I felt awesome until last week when the shoulder pain came back. I just did the second flush hoping for the same amazing results I got from the first one, but this is what I experienced, instead:
1- followed the steps but during the entire process I felt like I was gonna throw up at any moment and couldn't sleep before 3am because of nausea and headache.
2- had to go to the bathroom twice during the night because I couldn't hold it any longer.
3- next morning I was seating in my living room for 30 minutes waiting for the nausea to pass before taking the 3rd dose of Epsom Salts . When I finally did, it felt horrible.
4- I couldn't take the 4th dose like the first flush because of the nausea that wouldn't go away.
5- by 12am I started to pass stones. I only passed about 30 stones total, they were bigger and a lot darker than the ones from my first flush. I thought it was weird to pass only 30 stones but I figured that I probably didn't give enough time between the flushes (3 weeks)
6- the next days were horrible for me, I literally have been sleeping all day long and having a lot of pain on my Liver/Gallbladder area since then. No shoulder pain though.//

It's normal when starting that the stones get bigger and bigger as the larger ones move from deeper inside the biliary network toward the front. Take it as a good sign even though it is not comfortable right now.

Some people don't pass any stones on the first few flushes at all, and then the stones proceed as happened with you.

3 weeks is plenty of time to wait imo, especially when there is discomfort. I would flush more often for now until your pain subsides, if you can tolerate.

Start to take magnesium glycinate every day, 3-4x per day just under the dose that causes loose stool. It is not as harsh as any of the aforementioned forms of magnesium such as epsom salt, oxides, chloride or citrate. Glycinates are almost perfectly absorbed and as such imo can be used as a replacement for Epsom Salt in the flush. One of the etiologies for Gallstones is magnesium deficiency, so it's a good bet that you are chronically low.

Some people sip on low doses of Epsom Salt when they experience colic. In cases of a gallbladder attack, single doses of a teaspoon of Epsom Salt have been known to completely relieve symptoms.

Keep a diet journal as now that you have flushed a lot of stones out your body will be functioning differently than before.

//Is this something that someone has already experienced? I'm not sure if I should do another flush or wait the 2 weeks period. I just feel exhausted and the pain doesn't help at all. I am vegan but lately everything I eat gives me cramps and nausea. Any help would be greatly appreciated!//

You can experiment with some stone softening herbs/foods if you feel like these will help. Malic acid, apples, apple juice, cranberry juice, chanca piedra, and the usual chinese herb combos.

Some good liver strengthening herbs in the meantime are guduchi, silymarin and coriander powder

You could also experiment with liquid sunflow lecithin or raw egg yolks of eggs do not bother you.

1 beet or equivalent of beet juice per day can also help clear the gall system.

There are accutane posts here on curezone if that was the medication that caused problems. Some Antibiotics are known to increase the chances of biliary stasis.

You can't really tell anything from 2 flushes. Once you have completed 15-20 then you can start to evaluate what's going on.

Also flushing during the daytime is WAY easier than night. I got my flush procedure down to 6 hours total start to finish after a lot of experimentation. Wake up, drink a lot of tea with magnesium glycinate, then another dose of mag glycinate, then oil mixture with coca cola or fanta or sprite, feel gross, wait an hour or two and start eating fruit and drinking liquids, then another dose of mag glycinate, some enemas to speed things along and everything is out in about 6 hours. Also you sleep properly by flushing during the daytime. Make sure to recharge the liver with your Sugar of choice after a flush.
