Lemon seeds came out - and kidneys hurt?

Hi everyone, I am on day 8 of Hulda Clark 's parasite cleanse and day 2 of the tape para kill oil she mentions. I skipped one day of the oil because my appendix and kidneys were hurting. Anyways, I saw a lemon seed thingy come out and some small flat looking worms as well as roundworms and a tiny rolled up tomato skin that was very picky and hard. I am guessing flukes.

Is there anything I can do to support my body and help expel faster? How can I incorporate co-enzyme as well? Thanks in advance! Tweet
