Eat mono meals, and figure out what foods make you nauseated.
Drink Ginger tea three times a day. Grate 1tablespoon ginger in water and boil it, let it cool, add 1tablespoon honey, 1tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed, pinch of Sea Salt .
Soak fennel seeds and black raisins in water over night, comnsume this in the morning upon waking.
In between this drink eat only organic apples, Watermelon and pineapple.
If all these remedies do not help then take enzymes and Betaine HCL tablets before meals.
