Lecithin and herbs

Dear MH,

I have a few questions.

I Know your recommend 1 tblsp. lecithin (liquid or powder?) to maintain the liver clean but what is the protocol to clean the liver ASAP?

For those of us in the EU/UK, from where can we get quality lecithin supplement?

Also, those of us in the EU/UK, from where can we get quality herbs?

Are cut and sifted herbs more potent than powdered ones?
