Could I have candida?

My name is Markus conwell and I have anal leakage and I have been dealing with it for the last two months I recently went to my local doc and he told me that I had internal and external hemorrhoids that was causing the leakage but could it be something else causing it please need help.like yeast or parasites but I do not drink but my my diet was very poor.
