I used to use the fleet enemas but they were much to harsh on my body so I switched to Castille soap and alternating between those and garlic enemas but I seem to have the bathroom part figured out but I can’t get them out of my hair. Now I’m not sure exactly what it is that is in my hair may it be the Candida or some form of parasite but there is a clear very very fine type of hairlike substance that runs along my hair and they kill. My scalp. The headaches are unbelievable.
