HELP!! What is this????

ANY input much appreciated. The top 3 pics are what I am seeing most often. Sometimes they are also a little bigger and darker red/brown. They are kind of squishy but kind of hard/solid in the middle. After looking around here they kind of look/sound/feel like flukes??

I have done 2 rounds of stool samples, 5 different parasite test kits. All negative. I SWEAR this is not normal. They come out a lot when I do a parasite cleanse, then I feel better for a day or two, then feel terrible again.
