What makes you say that ulcers are a way of the body for detoxing?

Docs - not that I their judgement a whole lot - definitely see ulcers as damage to the gut done under certain circumstances and I was under the same impression and this idea comes as a surprise. I know that detox comes with all sorts of unpleasant symptoms but I did not expect ulcers to be in there. If nothing else I would've said that I fasted for too long given the state of toxicity. And that I somehow generated the proper environment for e coli with distilled water and a messy schedule (being tired etc).

I would say that I would need to go back to 14 days or so for 1 or 2 fasts to clean previous damage (from my mistakes) then to step up again to 21+ days.

Next time I'll try spring water with Bentonite clay. Not sure which edit of the post you saw , I made it way shorter after. I had to deal with GERD after the ulcers (due to excessive strain in a time when I was bed ridden due to die off and whatnot; the gerd symptoms support the e coli theory) and other stomach issues. I fasted with spring water/clay and I saw the healing power of clay taken internally; gerd symptoms were gone in 48h. It felt as if fasting with water and clay was every bit as powerful as distilled water and much more safer given the mineral content (my usually receded gums were back to normal and whatnot). You know clay can heal anything from a cancer to so many chronic diseases through detoxing, right?
