Great thing you are fasting but fasting is not the means to lose weight. Plant based diet will help you continued weight loss. Totally agree with WS, no grains, white table salt , sugar, alcohol, supermarket variety of juices, sodas and processed foods. Most important part is that you stick to this diet for life not only till you lose desired weight. Most people go back to eating what they were before, it is a bit difficult path but you will get used to it. I have have never eaten meat, fish, chicken in my life.
