Hi, I was thinking of going on a Water Fast but i'm not sure how many days I should do. After fasting, I want to return to healthy eating like plant based foods until I get down to my goal weight. I just wanted to know if i'm about 280 and 5'1 how many pounds do you think it'll be possible to lose by early june if I go on a 21 day Water Fast and return to plant based foods while working out and drinking lots of water. Please give me your opinions.PS: You are welcome to join if you're serious about it.
