Water fasting and old fecal matter elimination

Hello everyone!

I've been reading posts from many of you for a few years now - decided to ask my first question.

At 27 years of age I began having pains in my heart and kidney thus began changing my diet as an omnivore to vastly more plant-based. I used various herbs/teas (licorice, soursop, dandelion, bitter melon) and tonics (ACV, garlic, turmeric, ginger, lemon juice, cayenne, DE) to cure my heart pain and kidney as well as water fasting. Unexpectedly at the time, I noticed old fecal matter elimination after 3-4 days of fasting, an hour after my first meal. Thus far I have completed two 3-day fasts and one 4-day fast. My question is: could I continue this pattern of fasting to eventually remove all/most of this old fecal matter or must go through an extended fast? What is the difference between a 4-day fast and an extended fast regarding old fecal elimination? I've spent hours reading several posts but have not found a definitive answer. :). I don't know where I would be without all of the knowledgeable posts - I'm eternally grateful to learn from so many of you, my deepest thanks.

-Jess
