Is this Parasites? black specs (with picture)

Hi my name is Andre im 25 years old and for like 4 months i´ve noticed these black tiny specks in my stool, and wanted to know from the users experience if this could be any sort of parasite or if this is just a normal thing to have in the stool. ill post a picture below. thank you
