You can post here everyday or PM me. Not to discourage you but if you have never fasted 30 days of fasting is a hefty goal.
Have you read about the simple protocols of fasting and symptoms you will experience?
Please make sure that nothing but water goes in your mouth, no toothpaste, salt, vitamins, etc.
Rest plenty and stay warm.
