Hi Telsza , I have been dealing with this for 5 yrs and 4 months ; I too have a ton of microscopic pics , took me 3 1/2 yrs to figure out it wasn’t a worm , but filament , amoeba , all of this is a form of amoeba, not fungal or bacteria; Cyanobacteria, hope I spelled that right ! I started with much different symptoms and took Ivermectin and a lot more ! I finally got a diagnosis , Lichen Planopilaris ( LPP ) I have it scalp ,eyes , mouth , everywhere. I have given up on any steroid cream , potion !!! I ozone my water and drink it , soak in it spray it everywhere. I also have had good results from DMSO , it is a anti inflammatory and the ozone is the worlds strongest disinfectant! Hope I can help in any way . Best regards 😊 Tweet
