Help identify these microscopic photos I took of what looks like several different skin parasites on face and neck - two years of this!

Every time I think I am cured (you name it, i've tried it), I get an outbreak.

Dermatologist did minor scrapping and found demodex - prescribed ivermectin, sulpher wash, Antibiotics .

Going to ID center once referral finalized.
