Correct, but I was using the term a la Hollywood fashion, which generally depicts it as a survivable breakdown of the social order, usually following a WWIII scenario that takes in a nukiller winter. You know, filums like The Road (2009) and Refuge (2017). Or even this one:

All pure fantasy of course, but it makes for good box office coz it panders to our insecurities about the future. And it allows unscrupulous purveyors of survivalist supplies & equipment to cash in on the fears of gullible Americans, of whom there appears to be a plentiful supply. As an optimist, I assume that means you have not yet built your nukiller bunker. 

I also am fairly confident that such scenarios depicted in those films will never transpire, especially those that depict alien invasions or zombies running amok, but they do raise some interesting questions about the role of providence in preventing such a man-made cataclysm. 

As for the postcard, this is mainly a business trip, and the camera was left at home. I'll see if I can persuade my daughter to take a couple of piccies with her mobile.

Not sure I'd know how to post them if she did, but it may prove a useful experience finding out.
