Thanks. That is a lot to think about and consider.

What I did immediately was to take Indian valerian and basil tea before bed time and I slept quite well. I'll take that when I need to, rather than everyday.

I also removed my cellphone battery as you suggested and switched off the wifi although there's still the wifi of my flatmates downstairs and my neighbours, but I shut off what I can control.

I've had disturbed sleep when I'm alone and when I'm in a house with other people, so I feel it's unlikely that that is what is affecting me, and I also don't have such a close connection with anyone.

I do do some exercise I got from the physical therapist, which tires me out, although not completely exhausts me. I'll see if I can do it without missing a few days as I do.
