Is it possible that you are just affected by sleeping patterns of somebody else?


Many people who's liver is in a poor health, have serious problems with waking up and not being able to fall asleep between 1-3am ... or sometimes like you between 2-4(5) am.

The problem is often with intolerance to something you are getting in touch with.
Could be a common spices you are using. If I were you, I would stop using any spices for some times.


Another thing that helps is physical activity, sweating, getting exhausted.

I mean more than just yoga, mor like biking, swimming, running, weight lifting, doing sit-ups, pull-ups, squats, ... simply using your muscles to the point where you reach the border of pain and exhaustion.

You should feel pain in your muscles, pain from overusing them, from exhaustion, from sweating .... that is how you know you have been working out to your limits.

That generally helps cleanse the liver, and also helps better sleep.



ANother question to think about. Just a retorrical questions:

Is it possible that you are just affected by sleeping patterns of somebody else?
A close family member who has problems sleeping?
Someone you love very much ?
Someone who you may have a kind of "telepathic" connection with ?

Sometimes, our feelings are not really ours, sometimes we just feel the distress and pain of our close family members, or some other person who we love very much or care about very much.

If that person have problem sleeping at night, that vibration may be so strong, that we may get awaken , and it can keep us awaken for the whole night.
It is usually someone very close to you, your immediate family, or someone you have very strong feelings for.

So, work on yourself, eat clean foods, and see if there is someone in your family who needs some help?
Or a friend?


And, make no assumptions about what really is healthy for you.
Even if eating avocado is healthy for 99% of people, you may still be one out of 100 who has problems falling asleep at 2am even if eating avocado during just about any time of the day.

Avocado is of course just used an example.
It is far more likely that it is spices or teas or something else that keeps you awaken at night, but I do not want to speculate.

It can even be your Cell Phone , or your WI-FI or any other electronic device emitting strong electromagnetic waves.


For best sleep, switch off all electronic devices before going to bed, and you can even remove battery from your Cell Phone , as your Cell Phone is actually active even when switched off, as long a there is battery inside.

Sometimes we wish we do not have the problems we have, but 99 out of 100 times, those problems actually help us grow and become who we are suppose to be.

You have all of the health challenges because you are suppose to learn something from it.
Why do you need that knowledge?
You will need it one day. Maybe to help someone else, maybe to help 1 person?, maybe to help 10 people?, maybe to help 100 000 people?


The knowledge you will receive, will come from your own experimenting, your own testing, testing the things on your own body and your own mind.
You are learning, you are progressing, and you are on the right path, but do not expect this path to be easy. It can take months or even years or even 10 or 30 years to achieve knowledge that you really need.

Our whole life is one long neverending lesson. Read! Learn! Try! Do not be afraid to change your mind, and get rid of dogmas that are holding you at the place where you are now.
Only by making big changes in our mind, can we make big changes in our life.
Dogmas and false beliefs are extremely dangerous for our own development.
Especially beliefs that someone else is responsible for negative experiences in our life!


The safest assumption you can always make:

It is you!

You are doing something wrong!

You have to make some changes!


This assumption will be right 95% or maybe even 99% of time!


You have to do something to eliminate any and all of the problems you are experiencing today!
And once you eliminated those problems, new one will appear, new problems pushing you in the right direction!

Maybe Liver Flushing is really not that good for you?
What is good for 90% of people can still be bad for 10%?

Maybe your diet is not a right kind of diet for you?


Maybe there is not enough positive thoughts on your mind?

Maybe there is not enough love in your heart?

Maybe yoga exercises you are doing are not helping you sleep ?

Question everything ! Do not accept any health dogmas !


Nothing is healthy for 100% of people!

NOTHING !
