My 13 year old daughter suffers with several health issues...Irregular heavy periods, eczema, digestive issues, joint problems. I have started supplementing Lugol's Iodine - just 3 MG a week since her MD, ND and Chiropractor have all told me to be so careful when supplementing. Her periods have regulated. Her blood level is 105 ng/mL and they told me that is too high and to stop giving her the Lugol's. What should our blood level be?? Pretty frustrating...
