Also, other side effects of lactulose and probiotic supplementation (bifido probiotic and sauerkraut) is that I'm experiencing stomach gurgling, belching, increased flatulence (sometimes smelling horrendous), lightheadedness, on off fatigue, itchiness, bloating, still constipated etc.
