Has to do with approved medication so my Dr. wrote there are nothing to do with my fresh eye as have a very mild cataract, perhaps if there will come drops he said.
Another clinic answered there are no alternatives.

I got 2 contacts now with Novartis, intl and national. Will ask what there aim is and if they have any time schedule to help mild cataracts and those who will avoid or cant afford surgery.

May try to ask in Germany where alternatives are legal.

Will read more about Naturopaths, they got a 4 year extra education. Tweet
