Hi Ginagirl, thank you so much for your reply... I was hoping I could ask your advice actually.
(I'm a curezone-lurker who has been reading all your old posts going back years, ESPECIALLY your info about candida).

I'm stuck battling biofilms of candida krusei and klebsiella pneumoniae <--- nothing like a hospital superbug digging its heels into your freaking vagina. I've done so many boric acid rounds, my pH has always come up at a good 3.8 in swabs, but still the f@^$ing yeast and bacteria persist. The baking soda is sort of a "hail mary" desperate attempt to make a dent in the biofilm - with the idea to them use a re-acidifying treatment afterwards, with a probiotic boost. I've never used an Iodine or essential oil suppository though! SO I'm quite excited about that idea... that's new. I love making my own supps with essential oils, but I'm new to learning about them all. Any advice on ratios, or shall I just do some generous splashes of each in a coconut oil carrier and fill up my vegetable caps?
