Good Luck. I am doing something similar. Just started today. Need to lose weight fast for health reasons. Tried and failed for last 20 years. I am limiting my calories and exercising as I am able (just walking). The goal is 5 miles a day slow,split up as just recovering from cataract surgery. Another one in two weeks. I have to just do it so I will finally get it off. No half way for me. I am having vitamin shake with limited calories. 33 days to end of Lent is my goal. Will post daily.
