I wish you good luck, but i don't know if a lip reduction is necessarily the best choice. Unless it will remove all the affected tissue, i don't know if it will actually help. I would more readily consider lip resurfacing / vermilionectomy. I don't know if that surgery would help the E.C either, but assuming it removes more of the affected tissue i would go with that over the lip reduction. Tweet
