Besides taking Iodoral and selenium

can I put some Lugol's 5% Iodine in the perineal area and dry for 5 minutes then dab some DMSO on the iodine? Would the DMSO carry the Iodine from perinium to the enlarged prostate? Would this shrink enlarged prostate if used every day?
I don't have any opinions of DMSO + Lugols applied to the perneal area.

The prostate requires Iodine in our blood stream to be healthy. Men who are deficient in iodine are subject to BPH and prostate cancer.
