Kidney Failure at 22 years old: Is Healing possible?

Hello, this past monday has been 1 year since I had Kidney Failure. I had a couple points six months into dialysis, where I went on a all fruit/vegetable diet with eggs/nuts etc., my kidney function and urination had increased from 4% to 16% percent at the time. Then after I got out of the hospital with my second infection it was tough to stay on the diet. Anyway I was wondering if there was anybody out there who has any recommendations to help heal the kidney's, or something that's helped increase kidney function??

Notes:
-I've read 3 books books on healing kidney failure
-I eat berries etc. & gluten intolerant so I stick to that diet as well, just found out 2 weeks ago I was
-I'm aware of the herbs but haven't researched powders/clays yet

Any help please????
