Re: Passing 'Mucoid Plaque' WITHOUT Bentonite

Hello, this is my first post. I chose to respond to this one because I can attest yes! it is possible to pass MP without anything other than some detox drinks and completely on accident. I didn't even know what it was yet. I was doing different types of cleanses, cinnamon cleanse, ginger cleanse and salt water cleanse after I quit smoking I thought "hell I can do anything!!" and went a little over board. Anyways, went to the restroom and BAM there was rope still coming out of me! I freaked! I gently removed it and it was about 15inches long. Then I started googling everything I could and came across some photos of what I pulled out of me and it was called (drumroll please Mucoid Plaque). I have been on a mission ever since to get the "rest" of it out of me! Tweet
