Quick update: I've been
juicing with apples mostly for the past few days, a bit of lemony water for hydration, orange juice sporadically. Sport: ice-skating, sprints, power-stops; the highest intensity (I felt good). Last night after skating my digestion was starting to really pick up explosively.
This is the 3rd day and this morning I had some pulp left over after
juicing oranges for my family; I had some of that this morning plus tons of that white rind and fiber - just giving some fiber to my gut. Then had 300g sauerkraut/brine, with a 150g avocado (the taste combination is madness!!!), and about 25g of green olives (the same nice stuff from the arab shop). About 3.5h later from the meal digestion is done with the meal, at about 2h into digestion I started drinking lemon water, and now I had plain water and my gut took it very well - before I would've had all sort of issues: blurred vision, chills and whatnot.
So, yeah, officially digesting well again,
