You need to know that fasting with water only (yes nothing but water should go in your mouth) should not be used for for weight loss. Seven days fast is a short fast so you should not worry about breaking with particular foods, but need to start low and build slow is the way to eat after a fast.
You said that you want to eat meat after your fast, that may be a problem with where you are today. Meats, fish, chicken and all processed foods are slow killers in our lives.
You will not lower your metabolism so much that you can’t eat, it all comes back. I have been fasting since I was seven, I fast intermittently. You can continue one meal a day after a fast, but most important rule is eat when you are hungry.
Drink warm water, rest and stay warm during your fast.
