I've done 3 successful MC's and a few failed. The lesson learned for me is to cleanse during a clear calendar (as hard as that is for many). Meaning, I really do need to keep a low profile and keep my stress to a minimum. My husband makes dinner (for him and my son) and does all the grocery shopping. I take the time to rest, exercise, and really cleanse my system. My next event is a family get together on 9/2 - what do you know my 21 day cleanse ends on 9/1 :)
This is day 3 of 21 for me and the fog is already lifting (yahhhh)! I bet it will help with your Depression too!
