My name's Emily, I'm 21, and I am starting tomorrow. I have addictions to so many things, the worst of being cigarettes, and I am sick of it. When I start tomorrow I am quitting many things cold turkey (many bad foods, cigarettes, and a couple different types of drugs I've been playing with). I have the same aims that you do (clearing out the body and mind of this negative stuff). When do you start? Good luck, remember not to focus on things as being "problems" or you will only be able to think about what you "can't" do rather than what you can. Hope to see more of your posts.
