With all of your systemic issues it sounds like it's all bacterial related and that it has made its way to your nervous system hence your cataracts and ocular manifestations. I have induced cataracts from whipples disease that has spread to my eyes and nervous system. It could be likely that maybe your parents passed this down to you while in utero. If you've had these issues from birth then that would make a lot of sense. Bacteria is what causes whipples disease and our symptoms are very strikingly similar. Just a thought. Do you have light hypersensitivity as well?
