I know some eye diseases. My questions are:
1. Did you ever have raw meet?
2. Bathed in a stagnant water? (lake, slow river)
3. Lived in tropical/equatorial climate?
4. What are your reasons of thinking about possible worm infestation?

I find one of your pictures suggestive of eye filiariasis. (Filaria is a round worm that is found in warm climate).

Have you tried fasting? - you may be able to kill the suckers w no-calorie diet for a while. The ketone bodies formed in a fast may also be able to kill them. There are stories about big intestinal worms cleared with water fast. Should do for the eyes too ... There is an immense knowledge on fasting on CureZone - and it is free too! If it is not worms, fasting should help other diagnoses as well.
