Next Saturday I will start my fourth in a series of ten dayers I am doing this summer as opposed to one looooooong dang fast! I just finished a ten, have worked out every day and feel SPECTACULAR! I know you will, too!
Remember, particularly if you have been overindulging... NEVER break on a low! Fast through until you are up to break, even if day ten rolls around. Chances are you'll sail through, but it's worth a little extra time to work through any crisis that might arise.
And of course, use your fasting time to plan your post-break diet and exercise strategy! Nothing like the Master-Cleanse to get us back on the straight and narrow!
