Digestive enzymes stopped dermatitis

I had severe Seborrheic Dermatitis . Initially I blamed it on candida and took apple cider vinegar and also applied it topically which controlled the Seborrheic Dermatitis . I get allergic to raw fruits and vegetables and I cannot take raw apple cider vinegar. I blamed it on helicobacter pyroli bacteria. Since my stomach does not have the ability to kill the bacteria from raw food with acids, it wrecks havoc making the mast cells to release huge histamine that leads to severe cold and fever.

Now recently I tried a new brand of digestive enzymes which contained the following:

Pepsin
Fungal Diastase
Sorbitol solution

I take 10 ml three times a day after each meal. Miraculously the Seborrheic Dermatitis disappeared without using acv. It had no effect on h pyroli though. But once I stopped taking it, the seborrheic dermatitis returned.

I am trying to figure out what is wrong with my stomach. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
