FASTING PARTNERS needed...virtual is fine!

I'm planning a fast. I saw the Amazon documentary on Fasting by Russian doctors and it was AMAZING. They were treating mentally ill and decided to let the ones who refused to eat have their way and not tube feed them...GUESS WHAT???!!! THEY RECOVERED! No Tube Fed patients had ever recovered. (leave it to Socialized Medicine to say, "Hey, Cool, I'll let you starve to death!" LOL...but back to my point, GREAT video and now I am sold on FASTING, drinking spring water, taking hot springs baths, saunas, steam rooms, whatever, and resting and massage. All suggestions welcome!

There are may AirBNB places that offer a no kitchen option at hot springs and I thought we might start a MeetUp.com excursion. We could schedule one quarterly and see who turns up.
