Intermittent Fasting (Wet and Dry)
Water Fasting (20 Days)
Dry Fasting (5 Days)

Weight Loss:
40 pounds

Next Goal:
40 Day Wet/Dry Fast

Chronic Condition to Heal:
Scarring on brain (currently disabled)

I guess this is the place to post my results and maybe encourage others.

So far the only thing I have learned fasting is good for is weight loss and nurturing self control. I don't know if I have experienced "True Hunger" yet. We'll see!

Question to answer:
How long can you dry Fast? It reasons to me that as long as you have plenty of fat (I do), you should be able to fast almost indefinitely. Right? Wrong? Thoughts?
