I dont think leaving it alone with nothing is the best soloution. Doing the leave it alone method with a bit of moisturizer from time to time might make life easier.

Sadly for me, the moisture method completely flopped after 9 months and has spread to healthy non affected areas of my ec. I wish I could go back in time. Tweet
