mucus / candida / paratise/ ulcerative colitis - hugely confused

2015 - Loose Stool with little or unnoticeable mucus. Course of Metrogyl or nitroimidazoles for 21 days, stools formed but mucus most visible now. Been more than 3 years and the mucus in not going away. Tried all fruit diet for 6 months, lots 20 pounds, feel energetic but the mucus is still there. Currently took an albendazole feeling this mucus could be due to parasite, passed small pinworms (hopefully) once but mucus is still there. Tried naturopahy, homeopathy and currently on some Indian ayurvedic medicines but the mucus is still there.

Other symptoms: Lots of Gas, Loss of appetite, Blob of mucus - cotton like, Slimy transparent mucus, brown mucus, mucus alone only and with stools all the time, using washroom atleast 7 times a day, pain in descending colon (left side), stomach feels better and lighter immediately after passing mucus.

Eating: Only sweet potatoes, boiled & mashed potatoes , steamed veggies. No Dairy, No meat, No fish, No gluten, no alcohol from 1 year now.

I am just 32 and have been facing this issue for more than 3 years now. My medicine is largely for UC but i know that this is not UC. it is either candida or parasite which is causing problem. i really need some guidance here. Please help !
